Dle uvážení instruktora se mohou chodit všechny techniky, záleží na složení zákazníků na lekci. Tepová frekvence se pohybuje mezi 60 % – 75% maximální TF. Zlepšuje práci kardiovaskulárního systému, zvyšuje fyzickou kondici a vytrvalost. Preventivně působí proti stresu.
